1. What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small values a website stores through the browser. IndexedDB and localStorage are similar technologies that keep preferences or data on the device. Regulation treats them similarly when they access information on the device.

3. How consent works
For users covered by applicable regulations, Google’s certified CMP provides options to consent, not consent, or manage purposes and vendors in detail. The CMP records and communicates the choice under the IAB TCF standard. Refusal does not restrict ChessFiore’s essential features.
4. Change or withdraw consent
You can reopen Google’s CMP at any time through “Manage cookies” in the footer or the button below, then change or withdraw your preferences. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser settings.
5. Google services and advertising CMP
ChessFiore uses Google’s IAB TCF-integrated certified CMP for AdSense. The CMP displays the purposes and vendors actually configured and sends the user’s preferences to AdSense. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager will be described and configured in the CMP before they are enabled, if applicable.
6. Updates
This policy and the consent-choice version will be updated when tools or purposes change. If there is a material change, the banner will be shown again.
